Potion, very rare
A bottle of liquid filled with deadly poison it looks like a wine but when you drink it deals 6d6 acid damage and has the poison effect it will do this damage until you get a DC 20 constitution saving throw at the end of your turn if not the damage increases by 1d6 unless you succeed which then it takes away 1d6 damage when you take the damage. this can only be made from the liquid from the lair of the ancient black dragon.
