For the next 24 hours, you gain the benefits of a long rest when taking a short rest, resistance to [Tooltip Not Found] effects and advantage on concentration rolls. In addition, you receive -5 to your passive perception while under the effects of this option.
The first time you go 24 hours without drinking this option, you immediately gain any levels of exhaustion that you ignored due to the effects of this option, and disadvantage on concentration checks for 24hrs
