Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement)
The amulet of Fae Friend is only bestowed upon those non-fae by the will of an Arch Fae or on behalf of an Arch Fae for significant service to or efforts on behalf of the fae realm and it's denizens. The Amulet of the Fae bestows the following:
- All Fae will be favorably disposed to the holder
- Imparts the foundational laws of the Feywild, holders and all fae are bound by these rules even outside the feywild
- Rule of Ownership: You are forbidden from stealing. In the Feywild, the consequences of theft are severe, and taking something that doesn't belong to you creates an immediate debt.
- Rule of Reciprocity: Never accept a gift without giving one of equal value in return. Accepting an item without reciprocating creates a binding magical obligation, which fey creatures can use to entrap you.
- Rule of Hospitality: When a friend, enemy, or stranger enters your home or domain, you must be gracious and honor them. Conversely, if you are a guest in a fey domain, you are expected to respect your host; otherwise, you will lose that protection.
Up to 3 times per day the wearer may cast Misty Step, this function recharges at dawn.
