Amber Shard (The Memory Anchor)

A jagged, oily-black fragment of amber that seems to drink the light around it. It smells of old parchment and ozone.

Feature: The Beacon’s Flicker: As an action, you channel the power of the shard through your shadow-magic. You create a 20-foot radius sphere of "Hallowed Shadow" centered on you for 1 minute (1/Long Rest).

• Effect: You and all allies within the sphere gain resistance to Radiant and Necrotic damage.

• Effect: Any enemy that starts its turn in the sphere must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom Saving Throw or be Blinded until the start of their next turn, overwhelmed by the sight of those they have lost.
