Amber Shard (The Sanguine Hunger)

A jagged, porous shard of amber that looks like it has been soaked in dried blood. It vibrates constantly, and when held, it feels uncomfortably warm, pulsing in sync with your own heartbeat.

• Feature: The Amber Frenzy: When you enter a Rage, the Shard fuses with your blood. Your melee attacks deal an additional 1d6 necrotic damage. If you reduce a creature to 0 HP while raging, you can immediately move up to half your speed and make one additional melee attack as a free action.

• Feature: Blood-Siphon: While Raging, you ignore the first instance of damage you take each round, as the resin in your veins instantly knits your flesh back together.
