This item appears as a flawless, juicy red apple with a faint, alluring sheen.
The apple is filled with a potent cursed poison. Any creature that bites into the apple or swallows any portion of it instantly falls into a deep magical sleep and becomes unconscious, unless the creature is immune to being poisoned.
Curse. The sleeping creature remains unconscious indefinitely. It cannot be awakened by damage, noise, shaking, or any mundane means. While in this state, the creature does not age and requires no food, water, or air (though it can still be harmed by external attacks or effects).
The curse ends only when a creature that the sleeping creature finds romantically or intimately attractive willingly kisses the sleeper on the lips. The kissing creature must perform the kiss deliberately and of its own volition. A kiss from any creature that does not meet this criteria has no effect.
When the proper kiss is given, the sleeper awakens immediately.
The curse can also be ended by a remove curse spell, greater restoration, or wish.
