This lasso has a range of 15 feet and has the finesse
propery. Make a ranged weapon attack against a target
creature. On a hit, the target is grappled and the creature may
attempt to escape the grapple on their turn as an action,
rolling a contested grapple check against you.
You may choose to un-grapple a target as a bonus action.
Compelling Thoughts. Immediately after a target is
grappled by this lasso, you may force the creature to make a
Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, the creature can’t
speak a deliberate lie while grappled. You know whether the
grappled creature succeeds or fails on its saving throw.
An affected creature is aware of the spell and can thus avoid
answering questions to which it would normally respond with
a lie. Such a creature can be evasive in its answers as long as
it remains within the boundaries of the truth.
Proficiency with a Whip allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
Notes: Finesse, Reach, Slow
