Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a someone afflicted with were-rat lycanthropy )
This magical amulet is made from the claws of a cat, curved inwards to form a circle.
Whilst attuned to this amulet you have some measure of resistance from the curse of were-rat lycanthropy. You can no longer willingly transform into a were-rat form. If a transformation is forced (for example by the presence of a full moon), you can choose to making a Constitution Saving Throw (DC 11) to prevent this transformation. This resistance lasts for 1 hour, after which further exposure to a trigger requires a further saving throw. At the DMs discretion this resistance may be shortened, such as when injured or under extreme stress. Discuss this with your DM.
