When you use divine smite, the shield flares with radiant sigils; you gain temporary HP equal to the spell slot level.
Bulwark Pulse (1/long rest): As a reaction to an ally within 10ft being hit, impose disadvantage on the attack. If the attack still hits, the ally gains resistance to the damage.
Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
