This silver medallion is shaped like a wide, open eye with a small, hollow core that acts as a subtle megaphone. When you speak through it, your voice carries with perfect clarity, cutting through the chaotic din of battle to land exactly where it needs to.
Commanding Voice. Your voice can be clearly heard by any ally within 60 feet of you, even in magical silence or deafening environments, though this does not allow you to cast spells with verbal components if silenced and you can cast the Thaumaturgy cantrip as part of the Help action.
Vocal Guidance. When you use your Master of Tactics feature to target an ally with the Help action, you can choose to bark out rapid, flawless tactical directions. If that ally is currently suffering from disadvantage caused by sight deprivation, they can completely ignore its effects until the start of your next turn, provided that you have a clear line of sight to both the ally and their intended target. By listening to your precise, real-time audio cues, they can fight as if they could see perfectly.
Vocal Charges: The amulet has 3 charges, and it regains all expended charges daily at dawn. While wearing the amulet, you can expend charges to cast one of the following spells from it (spell save DC 14):
