Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a Requires attunement by a Druid)
While attuned to this item you can take a bonus action to transform into an owlbear. Use the owlbear stat sheet in place of your character sheet. This transformation lasts for one hour or until you are rendered unconscious. While in this state you can communicate telepathically with your allies up to 30ft away. Once this ability has been used it cannot be used again until you have finished a long rest.
Cursed object: This item has been cursed by an ancient druid. If the item is removed while you are in owlbear form, you will be trapped in owlbear form until you retrieve it.
