Amulet of Deception

The Amulet of Deception is a common wondrous item that allows the bearer to disguise minor features, such as scars and tattoos. It does not change the bearer's general appearance - they retain all other parts of their appearance, but can hide scars, tattoos, and prosthetic limbs. To outside onlookers, it appears to be a simple, tarnished copper necklace. One can make an Arcane check (DC 17) to discern it's true identity if the amulet is visible to them.

This deception can be temporarily dispelled by a Dispel Magic cast at level three or higher.
