Amulet of Transportation

This circular amulet has an inner ring of pure obsidian. Upon the ring is carved 15 symbols that facilitate travel through teleportation circles. The amulet is imbued with a certain amount of energy in order to function for a set amount of time. After that time has elapsed it becomes a mundane amulet and must be charged through a special ritual known only to a select handful of people.
