A small chest made of a dull green hued metal, just large enough to hold 21 arrows. The box has hinges and latches on the short sides, and is emblazoned with mystical runes, stamped into the metal.
When a piece of non-magical ammunition, such as an arrow, crossbow quarrel, or bullet, is placed in the box the command word may be spoken to use one charge. The box will then be filled with perfect replicas of the original piece of ammunition. Each charge may be used to replicate 20 pieces of ammunition.
The box has five charges, which replenish after a long rest.
The box cannot replicate magical or alchemical ammunition, but can replicate silvered, or adamantine ammunition, although doing so requires 2 charges for every 20 pieces of ammunition. Modern bullets (rounds complete with casing, propellant etc) can be replicated with this item.
