Wondrous Item, legendary
A large, dark mushroom with bright red eyes burning with swirling rage. It seems like it has been containing its anger for far too long.
As an action, you flick its head, angering it. Every creature within a 120-foot radius of the mushroom (including you) must make a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw:
- Failure: If the target's Strength score is 16 or less, it dies. Otherwise, it takes 10d20 Fire damage.
- Success: The target takes half as much damage.
Once detonated, the mushroom is destroyed, leaving behind a gargantuan scorched crater.
