This weapon counts as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance or immunity to non-magical weapons.
As long as you are attuned to this weapon and are wielding it in your hand, you gain the benefits of the bless spell (which does not require your concentration). If the bless effect is dispelled or ended for any reason, it resumes at the beginning of your next turn (but it remains suppressed inside an antimagic field or similar magic).
A creature with a non-good alignment gains no benefit from this weapon. A creature with an evil alignment is cursed with a bane spell for as long as they are attuned to this weapon, which can be removed by a remove curse spell or similar magic.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
