As a free action, when combat begins, you may expend 1 Ki to enter one of the following stances. You may also swap stances using a bonus action.
Tiger Stance: Your attacks deal an additional 1d4 damage. If you expended Ki this turn, this bonus is doubled.
Turtle Stance: You gain a +1 bonus to your AC. If you expended Ki this turn, this bonus is doubled until the start of your next turn.
Dragon Stance: Your unarmed strikes ignore resistance to bludgeoning damage. If you expended Ki this turn, your unarmed strikes also deal an additional 1d4 force damage until the start of your next turn.
Crane Stance: Your movement does not provoke opportunity attacks from creatures you've attacked this turn. If you expended Ki this turn, you gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed until the end of your turn. You must end your movement on solid ground.

Horse Stance: You have advantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws made against being knocked prone or forcibly moved. If you expended Ki this turn, you have advantage on all Strength and Dexterity ability checks until the start of your next turn.
Cockerel Stance: While you are not wearing armor or using a shield, your AC increases by 1 against opportunity attacks. If you expended Ki this turn, when a creature misses you with a melee attack, you may immediately move 5 feet and make one unarmed strike against that creature.
Monkey Stance: Whenever you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you may move 5 feet without provoking opportunity attacks. If you expended Ki this turn, you instead move up to 15 feet, and this movement ignores difficult terrain.

Ostrich Stance: Your walking speed increases by 15 feet. If you expended Ki this turn, you may Dash as a bonus action without spending Ki, and your first unarmed strike before the end of the turn deals an additional 1d6 damage.
Leopard Stance: Your speed increases by 10 feet. If you expended Ki this turn, you may make one additional unarmed strike as part of the Attack action.
Mantis Stance: Whenever you hit with an opportunity attack, the target's speed becomes 0 until the end of the turn. If you expended Ki this turn, creatures you hit with Flurry of Blows also have disadvantage on Strength and Dexterity checks until your next turn.
Eagle Stance: You gain advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight. Once each turn, you may reroll one missed unarmed strike. If you expended Ki this turn, you may instead reroll any missed attack roll you make.
Bear Stance: You have advantage on checks and saving throws made to resist being shoved or knocked prone. If you expended Ki this turn, you gain temporary hit points equal to your Wisdom modifier + proficiency bonus.
Ox Stance: You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and when attempting to shove or grapple a creature. If you expended Ki this turn, you have advantage on your next grapple or shove attempt.
Alligator Stance: You have advantage on checks made to grapple creatures. If you expended Ki this turn, a creature you successfully grapple takes bludgeoning damage equal to your Martial Arts die at the start of its turn until the grapple ends.
Wolf Stance: Whenever a creature leaves your reach willingly, your speed increases by 10 feet until the end of your next turn. If you expended Ki this turn, you may immediately move up to half your speed toward that creature as a reaction.
Panther Stance: If you move at least 20 feet before making an unarmed strike, it deals an additional 1d6 damage. If you expended Ki this turn, the target must succeed on a Strength saving throw or fall prone.
Swallow Stance: Your jump distance is doubled, and standing from prone costs only 5 feet of movement. If you expended Ki this turn, immediately after making an Attack action, you may move up to half your speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
Spider Stance: You gain a climbing speed equal to your walking speed. If you expended Ki this turn, creatures you hit cannot benefit from Disengage until the start of your next turn.
