Wondrous Item, common
This small, fragile balsawood carving of an arrowhead is no bigger than a large coin but has a remarkably useful enchantment on it. If someone places it in their open palm and speaks the elvish word for arrow the carving will float slightly and then point toward the nearest arrow to it.
