Planar Tether Anchor
These three 12-inch rods are carved from pure, ice-cold obsidian from the Lower Planes and etched with true names in abyssal and infernal script. They act as localized spatial beacons, bridging the gap between planar boundaries to instantly recall pre-bound entities.
- Attunement & Link: During a short or long rest, the attuner can link the set of rods to up to 10 creatures currently under the effect of the attuner's Planar Binding or Void Calling.
- Instant Recall: As an action, you can strike one of the rods against the ground or snap it in half. Doing so instantly teleports your linked, pre-bound planar entities directly to unoccupied spaces within 30 feet of the anchor rod, regardless of distance or dimensional barriers (including the Ethereal Plane), provided they are on the same plane of existence or in an adjacent planar overlap.
- Charges: Each rod possesses 1 charge and crumbles to fine black ash once activated.
