Amulet of Stone-Root Mercy
Wondrous item, rare, requires attunement by Cleric, Paladin, Ranger or Druid
This amulet is carved from pale stone wrapped in living root, warm to the touch when held near injured creatures. While wearing it, you gain advantage on Wisdom (Medicine) checks made in forests, caves, or natural ruins. Once per long rest, when you restore hit points to a creature, that creature also gains temporary hit points equal to your proficiency bonus plus your Wisdom modifier, minimum of 1. Once attuned the wearers Constitution score becomes 16.
Dragon Interaction: If the creature you heal was damaged by a dragon since the end of your last turn, the temporary hit points increase by 1d8, and the creature has advantage on the next saving throw it makes against that dragon before the end of its next turn.
"The pale stone warms like a held hand whenever it is brought near the wounded or afraid."
