When attuned the vines clamp around your shoulders and ribs like a harness and create a neural link. The vines remain magically retracted in a small back sized spore until you transform into the flora form.
As an action you can transform into the flora form which awakens four vines that each instantly grow to a length of 15ft. All the rules for the druid wildshape ability apply to this transformation except that you can only maintain the flora form a number of minutes equal to your level. The form then goes dormant and the vines retract. You can make the flora form go dormant at any time by using a bonus action on your turn. The flora form automatically goes dormant and and the vines retract if you fall unconscious, drop to 0 hit points, or die.
If you are a druid you can expend two uses of wild shape at the same time to transform into the flora form rather than assuming a beast form, otherwise you can use this feature once per long rest.
Archlight Regalia Interaction. If you are attuned to all three of the Archlight items you can maintain the Flora Form for one hour.

Actions
Multiattack When you take the attack action you can replace any number of attacks with vine attacks, each of which you can replace with one use of Fling or Constrict. Immediately after you use your action on your turn, you can also make one extra attack with the vines as a bonus action.
Vines. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, 15ft Reach one target. Hit: 2d6+5 bludgeoning Damage, and if the target is large or smaller it is Grappled (escape DC 15). The Flora Form has 4 vines, each of which can grapple one target. On your turn you can move the creature to any point within a 10ft radius sphere centered on you (no action required) and/or carry it along with you as you move.
Constrict. The vines tighten around a creature grappled by the vines. The target suffers 2d6+5 bludgeoning Damage.
Fling. A creature grappled by the vines is thrown up to 30ft in a direction of your choice and knocked prone. If a thrown creature strikes a solid surface before hitting the ground it suffers 1d6 bludgeoning damage for every 10 feet it was thrown. If that solid surface is another creature, that creature must succeed on a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or suffer the damage equal to that of the flung creature and is also knocked prone.
