Wand, rare (requires attunement by a artificer, bard, sorcerer, warlock, or wizard)
This wand has 3 charges. As a part of casting a spell, you can wave this wand and expend one of its charges to trigger a Wild Magic Surge (see Player's Handbook, Chapter 3: Classes, Sorcerer).
This wand regains 1d3 charges at dawn each day. If you expend the wand's last charge, it crumbles into ashes and is destroyed, and you must make a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, you are magically polymorphed into a random demon controlled by the DM, and only revert back after a minute has past, if dispel magic is cast on you, or if your demon form falls to 0 hit points.
