Wondrous Item, legendary
Whenever a creature ingests this green and white mushroom, they are filled with life.
When they die for any cause except old age, that creature immediately gains the effects of a resurrection spell. This effect cannot be bestowed on any other creature by any means, except for a wish spell I guess.
