Amulet of the Rogue

This silver and onyx amulet has a sigil of a winged knife superimposed over an eye mask carved into the stone.

Any non-Rogue attuned to this amulet gains the ability to use the Rogue class feature Sneak Attack with 1d6, gains Expertise in any two skills of their choice, learns Thieve's Cant, and gains an extra 1d8 Hit Dice to their Hit Dice pool. This does not raise the attuned's Hit Point Maximum.
