As a Bonus Action, you can activate the scarf's magic. While the scarf is active, your walking speed is doubled, and any creature that makes an Opportunity Attack against you has Disadvantage on the attack roll.
You can deactivate the scarf as a Bonus Action. The scarf can remain active for a total of 10 minutes, and this duration doesn't need to be consecutive.
Once the scarf has been active for a total of 10 minutes, its speed-enhancing magic can't be used again until you finish a Long Rest, at which point the full 10 minutes of use are restored.
The curse that once magically bound the scarf to its wearer has been completely removed by Bavlorna.
