Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement)
While attuned to this item, you may cause a bubble of time to form around you in a 20ft radius.
While inside of this bubble time will appear to pass as normal, but anything outside the bubble will be frozen in its place.
Attempting to leave the bubble will cause that creature to immediately be pushed into the frozen time.
The Timepiece cannot move from the spot it is activated.
This Item cannot be used when creatures or environment that is hostile to you is nearby or searching for you.
The timepiece has 6 hands, 3 in black that show the current time, 3 in gold that show the time that has elapsed in the bubble.
A 1 hour cooldown period is required for the timepiece per 4 hours spent inside of the bubble.
Notes: Bonus: Dexterity Saving Throws
