These are two curved metallic shoe tree looking items connected by a thin band of metal. Once placed atop your head, they seal in place and project a think mask of red light over the wearers face. Once worn the user receives the following benefits:
Neural Enhancer: The user receives +1 to their INT score and can read and understand Gnomish.
Cheat Sheet: The number of spells the user can prepare each day is increased by 2. Additionally, the user learns the spells fabricate and intellect fortress
Even Keener Mind: When the user uses study they may target a creature or an object to attempt to identify a weakness. Make an INT(investigation) check. The DC is equal to 10+the targets level - the number of times you have used study against this target while in combat.
Arcanotech Interface: This item may grant you special interactions with other pieces of Gnome crafted Arcanotech.
Notes: Bonus: Intelligence Score, Place on head and wait for the buffering bar. I hope your internet doesn't go out...
