Arcana (Rune)

This rune is written in Deep Speech and can be transferred to the mind of one sentient creature.

This rune contains a spell slot, which can be used to fuel your spells and other abilities. When you would expend a spell slot of a level equal to the rune’s spell slot, you can activate the rune to expend it instead. Once activated, this rune can’t be used again until you finish a long rest.
