Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a Attunement to a Fighter, Ranger, Paladin, Barbarian, Monk, or Rogue)
This heavy brass amulet is etched with flowing, kinetic runes that subtly spin and realign whenever your heart rate quickens. Embedded along the bottom edge of the casing are four brilliant carnelian stones. Each gemstone pulses with a warm, rhythmic heat, serving as a physical manifestation of the residual temporal magic stored within.
While wearing or holding this talisman, you gain the following properties:
- Kinetic Reservoir. The talisman has 4 charges for its Relentless Burst property. It regains 1d4 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the carnelian gems shatter into dull ash, and the talisman permanently loses its magic.
- Relentless Burst. Once on each of your turns, immediately after you take the Attack action and make a weapon attack, you can expend 1 charge to make one additional weapon attack with that same weapon as part of that action.
