Weak enchantment: Witcher’s Instinct
Once per long rest, when the wearer encounters a creature they haven’t fought before, they can focus on it for a moment and gain one of the following benefits:
* Learn whether it has any damage immunities, resistances, or vulnerabilities.
* Gain advantage on one Investigation, Perception, or Survival check made to track or study it.
* Add 1d4 to one attack roll against that creature within the next minute.
Flavor: The armor’s runes grow slightly warm when something unnatural or dangerous is nearby.
This isn’t giving him Witcher powers outright—it makes him feel like a professional monster hunter who studies his prey.
Made of interlocking metal rings, a chain shirt is worn between layers of clothing or leather. This armor offers modest protection to the wearer's upper body and allows the sound of the rings rubbing against one another to be muffled by outer layers.
Notes: A practical set of scarred leather and reinforced steel, covered in faint silver runes that are almost invisible until danger approaches.
