Alia's Boots of Anti-Run

These boots of Alia's make it hard for you to run, and almost impossible to swim and fly. The boots look normal, like a rich farmer's boots.

These boots lower your walking speed by 25 feet when equiped, they make your swimming speed 0 feet, and your flying speed is reduced by 40 feet. When in the water with these boots, you will start too sink at an alarming rate. You sink 40 feet at the start of your turns, unequiping these boots will make you return to normal, only being waited down when worn.
