The robes appear to be fashioned from heavy, midnight-blue silk that feels weightless to the touch, but on closer inspection you realize is actually finely woven chain. Embroidered across the back and shoulders in shimmering mythril thread is the holy symbol of the Moonmaiden—a pair of eyes surrounded by seven stars. Even in the oppressive, pitch-black dark the silver threads seem to catch a faint, ghostly light that doesn't exist. The wearer gains the following abilities:
1 per short rest: The Moonless Beacon: While wearing these robes, Celeste can use a bonus action once per day to cause the embroidered stars to shed a soft, cool, dim moonlight in a 15-foot radius for one hour. Any ally standing within this 15-foot aura of moonlight has advantage on saving throws against poison checks and blindness checks.
1 per long rest: Warding Stars (Reaction - Wisdom modifier per Long Rest) When an ally you can see within 30 feet is targeted by an attack, you can use her reaction to call upon the seven stars on her robes to flare. The target is instantly warded by a protective shield of silver moonlight, granting them a +3 bonus to their AC against that attack. If the attack still hits, the lunar ward shatters, granting the ally resistance to all damage dealt by that attack, and the attacker is highlighted in a pale silver glow (granting advantage on the next attack roll made against them before the end of their next turn).
1 per long rest: Sliver of Grace (Enhanced Healing) Whenever you cast a spell of 1st level or higher that restores hit points to a creature, you may choose to infuse the healing with the cold light of the moon. The healed target is surrounded by a protective silver shroud and until the start of the spellcasters next turn, any hostile creature that attempts to target the healed creature with a melee attack must make a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or suffer disadvantage on the attack roll as the lunar glare dazzles their eyes.
Made of interlocking metal rings, chain mail includes a layer of quilted fabric worn underneath the mail to prevent chafing and to cushion the impact of blows. The suit includes gauntlets.
