Anvil's Deliverence

Weapon (arcane firearm), rare (requires attunement)

A six-chambered arcane sidearm forged of blackened steel and rotating crystal sigils. A small dial near the hammer clicks between etched elemental glyphs.

You are proficient with this weapon if you are proficient with martial ranged weapons.
The weapon counts as magical for the purposes of damage reduction.


Charges

The revolver holds 12 charges.

  • Each shot expends 2 charges.

  • The weapon regains 1d8 expended charges at the end of a long rest.

  • If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the arcane core destabilizes and the weapon becomes inert until the end of your next long rest.


Elemental Dial

When you fire, choose one of the following damage types. The shot deals:

1d10 elemental damage + your Dexterity modifier

On a hit, the chosen element applies a minor effect depending on the element type:


🔥 Pyre (Fire)

The target takes 1d4 fire damage at the start of its turn until the flame is extinguished.
A creature can use an action to extinguish the flames.
Unattended flammable objects ignite.


❄ Frost (Cold)

The target’s speed is reduced by 10 feet until the start of your next turn.

This penalty does not stack.


⚡ Storm (Lightning)

Choose another creature within 5 feet of the target.
It takes lightning damage equal to your Dexterity modifier.


☣ Corrode (Acid)

The target suffers a –1 penalty to AC until the start of your next turn.
This penalty does not stack.


💀 Grave (Necrotic)

The target can’t regain hit points until the start of your next turn.


✨ Radiant (Radiant)

The target sheds dim light in a 10-foot radius until the start of your next turn.
The next attack roll against it before then has advantage.

Proficiency with a Pistol allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
