This ancient necro-bardic weapon is made from a misshapen skull of a child and has a crude mouthpiece mounted on the rear part of the crown. When blown - any creature within 120 ft who hears this whistle is immediately overwhelmed with a sense of fear and doom. The creature must make a DC 10 WIS save or be frightened. When Frightened creatures must take every possible means to move away from the whistleblower. At the end of their next turn, they must make a DC 11 WIS save. On a success, they are no longer frightened but take 1d6 Necrotic Damage. On a Failure, they continue to be frightened. Creatures who failed the first two WIS saves must make a final DC 12 WISat the end of their next turn. On a success, they are no longer frightened but take 2d6 Necrotic Damage. On a failure, the creature is immediately reduced to 0 hp and becomes unconscious. If the creature fails their death saves, they rise as a Wight loyal to the whistleblower. This creature is telepathically bound to the blower.
"It sounded like everyone I had ever loved was screaming in total agony in unison. At that moment I couldn't remember what it meant to be happy and all I could think to do was run. I saw men clawing out their own eyes out and tearing their robes. I couldn't remember how I survived I just remember waking up and pushing the rotting corpses off I had taken refuge under." - Anonymous Survivor.
Notes: Frightened, One willing humanoid creature must be sacrificed while performing the Ceremony Ritual
