Wondrous Item, very rare
This arrow is imbued with the intense pull of gravitational forces.
On a hit, the target takes the arrow's normal damage. Then, each creature sized Large or smaller within a 15-foot Sphere centered on the point of impact must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be pulled to that point. Unsecured objects in the sphere are also pulled in, but aren't destroyed.
The original target then takes damage for every object pulled into it, based on each object's size (DM's discretion on damage type — bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing):
