Amulet of Naval Superiority

Though Rend Et Leen has no resources to build a fleet of it's own, any who would think this makes them easy picking by sea will realize the extent of their foolishness when they see the city's elite naval battalion charging towards them on the sea waves, ready to wreak havoc.

• By Way Of Sea: While wearing this amulet, the user has permanent water walking, unless they will it otherwise.
• Shipbreaker: While wearing this amulet the user can cast the Tidal Wave spell at 3rd level twice without expending a spell slot. All uses of this ability recharge on a long rest.
• Liquid Liaison: While wearing this amulet, the user has a permanent water elemental companion. The elemental is controlled by the user through a telepathic link (no action required). In combat it acts immediately after the user's turn. As a bonus action, the elemental can be dismissed, upon which it returns into the amulet. While in the amulet, it regains 5d10 Hit Points every hour. As a bonus action, it can be summoned again, upon which it appears in a space within 5 feet of the user. It regains all of its hit points every dawn
