A dark stone hangs from this ancient amulet. Suspended within the stone is a fragment of a lich's preserved heart, which occasionally gives a faint, deliberate beat.
While attuned to the Amulet of Borrowed Time, you can cast You Are Not Done Yet.
Command the Flesh. While maintaining concentration on You Are Not Done Yet, you can issue mental commands to the Flesher created by the spell and any Symbiotes descended from it. They obey your commands while they remain under your influence. If left without a command, they act according to their own instincts, attacking living creatures without regard for friend or foe.
These creatures possess no loyalty to you. If one escapes the amulet's influence through an effect other than the end of your concentration, it becomes uncontrolled. Its subsequent behavior—and what it may eventually become—is unpredictable.
