Aberrant Talisman

An unknowably ancient icon carved from oily green stone in the image of an eldritch creature. Touching this stone grants the wearer dreams of a city below the depths, and an entity that lies therein. 

While attuned to this talisman you gain a +2 bonus to your spell attack modifier and spell save DC for your warlock spells. 

Pact Slot Restoration. You can use a Magic Action to regain expended Pact Magic spell slots up to half your maximum (round up). Once you use this feature, you can’t do so again until you finish a Long Rest.

Monstrous Reminder. When you roll a Critical Hit against a creature, that creature must succeed on a wisdom saving throw equal to your Spell Save DC or be frightened of you until the end of your next turn. While frightened of you in this way, the creature also has the stunned. Creatures cannot benefit from immunity to the frightened condition when frightened in this was.

Communion with the Dreamer. You can cast contact other plane without expending a pact slot. When you cast this spell in this way you attempt to contact the Dreamer.
