Armguard of Thorns

Crafted by Master Wilhem Sileas, this armguard is a masterpiece of enchanted leather, metal & silver. While holding it on your left arm, you have advantage on initiative rolls and Wisdom (Perception) checks. You can also use a bonus action to transform the forearm part into a +1 buckler shield, emblazoned with a stylized eye symbol (the same one you see on the back of the armguard when the shield is not deployed).

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.

Notes: Advantage: Initiative, Advantage: Perception, Bonus: Passive Perception, Bonus: Armor Class, Detection, Warding
