When a creature is injured by this item, you can withdraw an amount of blood equal to the amount that an ordinary fountain pen could hold. The pen can then write in this blood until that amount of ink would run out. This compartment can also be used to store poisons.
The pen may also use standard ink.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
