Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement by a Te amulet can be attuned during a long rest)
A pearlescent white stone within a silver setting. The wearer can cast the light cantrip at will. Until the spell ends, the amulet sheds bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 20 feet. The light can be colored as you like. Completely covering the amulet with something opaque blocks the light. The spell ends if you cast it again or dismiss it as an action. The light from the amulet cannot dispel magical darkness.
