Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement by a Spellcaster)
Allows you to cast the Scorching Ray spell as an Action, without using a spell slot. This item has three charges, once all charges have been used, it requires recharging at a Font of Power before it can be used again.
While Attuned to this item, the DC you must roll to maintain Concentration is increased by 5. You also are vulnerable to Psychic damage
