Intricately crafted from a combination of the Profaned Goddess' holy stones and the mysterious alloy known as Tarragon, this armor is a substantial suit for any and all who wear it, amplifying both the strength of great warriors, and the healing magics of those who support them.
This armor grants resistance to Radiant damage, and immunity to Poison damage. In addition, any healing the target receives heals them for an extra 1d8 hitpoints. Upon attunement, the armor grants a special effect based on the class that equips it:
Figher/Barbarian: Profaned Shield: The wearer takes half damage from any non-magical attacks. In addition, Radiant damage taken heals the wearer for 2d8 hitpoints.
Druid/Ranger: Nature's Retort: Upon taking a hit dealing more than 25 damage, the armor retaliates by launching 5 leaves at the attacker, dealing 5d4 Piercing damage to them.
Cleric/Paladin/Bard: Profaned Medicine: All healing effects grant 10 temporary hitpoints to the target, and an additional 20 when resurrecting a dead target.
(Based on the armor set of the same name from the Terraria Calamity mod.)
Half plate consists of shaped metal plates that cover most of the wearer's body. It does not include leg protection beyond simple greaves that are attached with leather straps.
Notes: Resistance: Radiant, Immunity: Poison, Bonus: Spell Group - Healing, Fighter, Barbarian, Druid, Ranger, Cleric, Paladin, or Bard. (Effects vary depending on class), Stealth Disadvantage
