Adamantine Plating

This Colour Magic-infused adamantine plating is installed as part of your Challenger Armour, reinforcing the armour against devastating blows and causing attacks to glance harmlessly from its hardened surface.

While Adamantine Plating is installed in your Challenger Armour, it grants a benefit determined by your Cleric level:

Cleric Level 5: While you are wearing your Challenger Armour, any Critical Hit against you becomes a normal hit.

Cleric Level 7: In addition, when an attack roll against you has an unmodified d20 roll of 1 or 2, the attack automatically misses you.

Cleric Level 9: When an attack roll against you has an unmodified d20 roll of 1, 2, 3, or 4, the attack automatically misses you.

Retributive Colour Magic. When an enemy hits you with a melee attack, you can use your Reaction and expend a Challenger spell slot to cause Adamantine Plating to impart the effect of Thunderwave, originating from you. Use your Challenger spell save DC for this effect.

This is Retributive Colour Magic and follows the rules for Retributive Colour Magic in your Armour Reinforcements feature.
