The master can speak or telepathically send the trigger command to the collar to active its anti-magic function, suppressing the slave's ability to wield, control, draw, or concentrate on any form of magical ability, be it arcane, divine, or primal.
this item is immune to the effects of the identify spell, and is unable to be destroyed in any way, while attuned to. If you do not have any attunment slots for this item, it will force an attunement slot.
