Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a a warlock)

This ancient crown bears no mark of kingdom, dynasty, or ruler. Its metal has remained untouched by age, though its design predates every known record of its existence. Along the inner rim, a short inscription has been carved in an ancient script:

“What returns shall find again. What finds again shall repeat.”

While wearing Aevum, you gain the following benefits:

Sovereign Insight. You have advantage on Wisdom (Insight) and Charisma (Persuasion) checks.

Commanding Presence. Once per long rest, you can use a bonus action to emanate an aura of authority for 1 minute. The aura extends 10 feet from you. While within the aura, you and friendly creatures gain a 1d4 bonus to attack rolls and saving throws.

Word of Authority. You can cast Command from the crown without expending a spell slot or material components. Once this property has been used, it can't be used again until you finish a long rest. Your spell save DC for this spell is 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier.

Echoes of Memory. At the DM's discretion, Aevum may stir fragments of inexplicable familiarity when you encounter certain places, objects, symbols, or events. These impressions may take the form of fleeting images, sensations, or an uncanny certainty that you have encountered something before.

Despite its great age, Aevum feels strangely natural upon your brow—as though it had been made to fit you.
