Soul Tampering: While wielding this weapon, the user must pass a DC17 Wis saving throw otherwise the Lance rejects the user.
The Lance starts with six charges and restores one charge after a dawn has passed. Addtionally, if the weilder slays a humanoid, the Lance regains D3 Charges. You spend one charge to cast Fear, two charges to cast Astral Flood or Four charges to cast Soul Cage.
While this Lance remains in the wielder's possession, it will continue to fight them until it returns to it's true owner. When the Lance rejects the user, the wielder has disadvantage on Wis saving throws.
Proficiency with a Quarterstaff allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
