Demonic Spring. Your walking speed increases by 10 feet, and your long and high jump distances are tripled; you need no running start for these jumps, though you cannot exceed the distance allowed by your movement unless using the magical leap below.
Devastating Bound. As a bonus action, leap up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space you can see without provoking opportunity attacks. The leap can carry you over gaps and obstacles if there is a physically unobstructed route. Each creature of your choice within 10 feet of the landing space must make a DC 18 Strength saving throw.
