Built for Espin's runescarred walrus companion Auralthusk, this permanent habitat joins a spacious outdoor swimming pool to a sheltered indoor retreat. Broad ramps lead to dry resting shelves, and discreet runestones warm the shelter and filter the water. Natural stone, deep water, and secure boundaries provide room to swim, rest, and move between indoors and outdoors.
A Home Fit for a Walrus. The sanctuary keeps its water clean and maintains comfortable conditions for Auralthusk despite ordinary seasonal weather. It doesn't protect its occupants from attacks, magical environmental effects, or extreme conditions created by spells. Its magic doesn't supply food, summon Auralthusk, or change the rules governing his companion form.
Rested and Ready. When Auralthusk finishes a Long Rest within the sanctuary, he gains Advantage on the first attack roll he makes afterward. This benefit ends after that attack roll or when he finishes his next Long Rest, whichever comes first. It doesn't grant Advantage on subsequent attacks or on the first attack of every combat. Multiple rests can't accumulate additional uses.
