The Phial of Galadriel, is a crystal phial filled with water from the elf's queen fountain which held the light of Earendil (a star).

It creates a glowing light within a 30 ft. radius that can not be put out unless covered, then it only covers dim light for 30 ft. and bright for 5 ft. This cannot be broken. This item also causes all evil-aligned creatures in the radius to pass a DC 15 wisdom check or be  frightened. Ant good-aligned creatures gain advantage on wisdom saving throw when seeing this light. Any blinded creatures can't benefit from this.
